Lead DevOps & Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

About the Role

Ensure Nabik AI enterprise platforms remain blazing fast, resilient, and continuously available. You will oversee multi-region cloud provisioning, zero-downtime deployment pipelines, telemetry monitoring, and security hardening.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and automate multi-zone cloud infrastructure across AWS and Google Cloud Platform.
• Build and optimize automated CI/CD pipelines ensuring fast, predictable, zero-downtime container deployments.
• Manage high-availability PostgreSQL clusters, read-replicas, connection pooling, and automated backup schedules.
• Implement comprehensive 24/7 telemetry, distributed tracing, alerting, and incident response playbooks.
• Enforce strict security standards, role-based infrastructure access, and secret management.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of production DevOps, Site Reliability, or Cloud Infrastructure experience.
• Deep mastery of Docker, Kubernetes, Linux server administration, and Nginx reverse proxy configuration.
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL administration (indexing, replication, WAL archiving, performance tuning).
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
• Solid understanding of networking, TLS/SSL, firewalls, and zero-trust security postures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience architecting multi-tenant SaaS infrastructure with strict database isolation.
• Familiarity with event streaming platforms (Kafka) and caching clusters (Redis).
