AI Systems & Agent Architecture Engineer

About the Role

Join the core team powering Nabik AI’s Autonomous AI Workforce. You will design and deploy specialized AI agents (Sales SDR, Financial Auditor, Code Engineer) capable of executing multi-step reasoning, tool-calling, and asynchronous task workflows with strict zero-retention privacy guarantees.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, benchmark, and deploy autonomous cognitive agent loops with tool-calling capabilities and structured JSON outputs.
• Develop evaluation harnesses and regression suites to measure agent accuracy, hallucination rates, and task latency.
• Implement RAM-only zero-training data pipelines ensuring strict multi-tenant enterprise confidentiality.
• Integrate multi-model orchestration frameworks connecting frontier LLMs with proprietary enterprise ERP schemas.
• Work alongside customer engineering teams to tailor agent reasoning prompts for garments manufacturing and financial compliance.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years focused on applied AI / LLM systems.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and Python, with deep experience in prompt engineering, LangChain/LlamaIndex, and function-calling.
• Solid foundation in vector embeddings, semantic retrieval, context window management, and reranking.
• Strong understanding of API design, asynchronous worker queues (Redis/BullMQ), and streaming responses.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience deploying AI agents in regulated or compliance-critical industries (finance, healthcare, manufacturing).
• Contributions to open-source agent or LLM tooling.
• Familiarity with local inference runtimes (vLLM, Ollama, ONNX).
