Question 1

How does Monthly vs Annual Billing work, and what is the discount?

Accepted Answer

All SaaS subscription plans and managed digital services offer flexible monthly billing with no long-term lock-in. Choosing annual billing gives you a guaranteed 15% discount across your entire base subscription, invoiced once upfront in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) with official VAT Mushak-compliant documentation.

Question 2

Is there a Free Trial available for your SaaS products and AI agents?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We offer a 14-day fully featured evaluation trial for our SEO AI Agent, Sales AI Agent, CRM, ERP, and Social Media Platform. No credit card is required to begin. Our solution architects will even assist in configuring initial sample data so your team can test actual workflows.

Question 3

How do AI usage limits work, and will we be billed for unexpected token overages?

Accepted Answer

We never charge unpredictable per-token surprise fees. Each AI Agent plan includes a generous monthly capacity allotment (e.g., 200 to 2,000 qualified leads, or 100 to 2,500 tracked keywords). If you reach 90% of your tier limit, our console notifies you with an option to add an extra fixed-cost credit pack. We strictly guarantee zero surprise invoices.

Question 4

Are there one-time setup fees or hidden implementation costs?

Accepted Answer

For our cloud SaaS plans (AI Agents, CRM, Social Media Platform), setup fees are BDT 0. Self-service onboarding and import templates are included. For complex enterprise ERP deployments or custom software development, any implementation, data migration, and on-site staff training fees are explicitly itemized upfront in your formal scope of work.

Question 5

How does custom software development pricing and milestone billing work?

Accepted Answer

Our custom software packages (Business Websites, Web Applications, Custom CRM, and Custom ERP) display starting baseline estimates based on typical project scope. Before any contract, our senior architects conduct a detailed requirements discovery and provide a fixed-scope architectural blueprint. Billing is milestone-based: typically 40% project kickoff, 30% beta delivery, and 30% final deployment and source code handover.

Question 6

How do you handle ERP implementation, historical data migration, and staff training?

Accepted Answer

Our professional deployment team provides structured data migration templates for chart of accounts, historical stock, vendor balances, and customer records. For ERP Professional and Enterprise tiers, we station an implementation pod at your factory or corporate office in Dhaka or Chittagong to train accounting, store, and sales managers directly on live workflows.

Question 7

How do user seats and licensing limits scale if our team grows?

Accepted Answer

You can add team member user licenses at any time from your admin console at a transparent rate (BDT 500/user/month). New seats are pro-rated to your remaining monthly or annual billing cycle with zero administrative penalties.

Question 8

What is the difference between your software subscriptions and managed digital services?

Accepted Answer

Software subscriptions (SEO AI Agent, CRM, ERP, Social Media Platform) provide your team with autonomous software tools and AI agents to execute your own business tasks. Our Managed Digital Services (Managed SEO and Managed Social Media) provide dedicated human professionals (senior SEO strategists, graphic designers, copywriters, and media buyers) who execute the work for you on a monthly retainer.

Question 9

Can we upgrade our subscription plan or switch categories as our business scales?

Accepted Answer

Yes, seamlessly. All Nabik AI platforms are built on unified PostgreSQL schemas. You can upgrade from an AI Agent Starter to Pro, or migrate from standard CRM into a full ERP platform without data migration friction, database rebuilding, or system downtime.

Question 10

What support channels and uptime SLAs are guaranteed?

Accepted Answer

Standard plans include 24/5 ticket and email support with a 24-hour response target and a 99.9% uptime SLA. Professional and Enterprise tiers include dedicated WhatsApp and phone hotlines with guaranteed 4-hour to 1-hour response times and up to 99.99% high-availability infrastructure commitments.

Question 11

What happens to our business data if we choose to cancel?

Accepted Answer

You maintain 100% ownership of your business data at all times. If you decide to cancel, you can export your complete database (SQL dumps, CSV tables, and uploaded assets) with one click. We retain your encrypted backup for 60 calendar days to guarantee zero accidental data loss.

Question 12

What payment methods, currencies, and tax invoices are supported?

Accepted Answer

We accept payments in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via BEFTN/NPSB/RTGS Corporate Bank Transfers, Account Payee Cheques, and bKash/Nagad Merchant Gateways. For international clients, USD SWIFT wire transfers and letters of credit (L/C) are supported. Every invoice includes full NBR Mushak 6.3 Tax BIN compliance.
